Summary: OnPrintShop’s Version 12.1 delivers powerful enhancements in order management, design tools, and promotions—empowering print businesses to streamline operations, offer personalized products, and boost customer engagement.
OnPrintShop has officially announced the groundbreaking launch of Version 12.1 of its platform. This feature-rich update introduces a host of innovations designed to help print service providers accelerate operations, enhance customer experiences, and increase revenue.
Version 12.1 focuses on three strategic goals: faster workflows, smarter selling tools, and better user engagement. With key additions like die-cut sticker personalization, new promotional tools, a streamlined Document Print module, and upgraded quote and offline order management features, this update marks another milestone in OnPrintShop’s continuous evolution.
One of the headline features in v12.1 is Die-Cut Sticker Customization. Print businesses can now enable customers to create uniquely shaped stickers from logos, caricatures, or portraits using a simple upload process. With options such as background removal, face cutouts, and material finishes including Transparent, Gold, Silver, and Holographic, this tool empowers printers to offer premium, personalized products with minimal design effort.
Catering to high-volume document printing needs, OnPrintShop introduces a new Document Print product type. The system detects page count, size, and orientation from uploaded PDFs, offering customization options like section tabs and print settings. This module streamlines both admin setup and customer ordering as it is ideal for resumes, booklets, reports, and more.
The quote management system has been revamped with a more intuitive two-column layout, enabling faster quote creation through pre-configured options and real-time pricing. The new “Duplicate Quote” feature saves time by allowing users to easily reuse and assign quotes to different customers. Meanwhile, the Offline Order Module now makes it easier to handle repeat, internal, or custom jobs by including Stripe POS integration, simplified customer creation, and the ability to process orders for inactive products.
To help boost conversions, OnPrintShop has rolled out support for BOGO and Buy X Get Y promotions, automatically applied at checkout for both Promotional and Ready-to-Buy products. Additionally, the reward points system has been upgraded, customers can now redeem points directly at checkout with a transparent discount breakdown, giving them more control and clarity during purchase.
Version 12.1 is packed with user experience and performance enhancements. Admins can now reorder items for different customers while choosing whether to retain the original design. In the Designer Studio, new features such as advanced QR code styling, raster-to-vector conversion, auto-translation of template text, and template resizing based on product dimensions help end-users create more professional designs effortlessly.
For B2C users, team collaboration just got easier. Admins can now enable shared access to designs and orders within the same company, promoting better teamwork and reuse of assets.
Other notable backend updates include:
End customers now enjoy a smoother shopping experience with Apple Pay and Google Pay support for Ready-to-Buy products and a consistent shipping selection interface. A new coupon block and fixed account navigation links improve engagement and usability, while blog pagination and dynamic content loading enhance site performance.
Built for speed and security, v12.1 brings full PHP v8.4 compatibility, faster PDF rendering, and more efficient storage with single-click conversion of GLTF to compressed GLB formats for 3D previews.
“With Version 12.1, we’ve focused on simplifying complex workflows while equipping print businesses with the tools they need to stay competitive,” said Naresh Devra, VP - Product Development. “From smarter order processing to more personalized customer experiences, this release reflects our commitment to solving real-world challenges with practical innovation.”
