The OnPrintShop team is working relentlessly towards improving our solution and service for customers. We have been working towards holistic growth – our clients, our solution, our team, and our services. We have had some notable achievements in past 3 months that we would like to share with you.

Workflow Automation: Introduced workflow automation using CSV and XML to automate process of getting orders from web2print system to in-house workflow.

QA Team: We have senior experienced QC team working on our solution and any new development goes through strict quality checks to provide bug free and stable solution.

New Support Approach & Client Feedbacks: Adopted new personalized support approach, released new training videos, and received positive feedbacks from clients.

Print 13 Event: Completed our third consecutive successful participation at Print 13 on successful note.

New Partners: We are very happy to add highly recognized reseller partners - Ricoh Mexico and Deep Mind from China.

Today photo products are one of the highest online selling products. OnPrintShop has launched highly intuitive & user-friendly online photobook designer studio (no download required) to create personalized photo products from anywhere anytime!!! Solution is available as standalone web2print storefront or as an add-on with license solution.

Workflow Automation with XML/CSV

This module integrates your online orders with your existing workflow solution using XML/CSV format and hot folder. We have successfully integrated both standard and highly customized workflow automations.

Launch of Book Module & Wide Format Module

Book Module – specially designed online calculator to manage various aspects of book printing including cover page, inner pages and file uploads. Also have option of offering online cover page design. Currently, this module is available as add on in license solution or can be offered as independent store.

Wide Format Module specially designed online calculator to manage custom size and upload artwork file. You can set pricing for such custom products based on total printing area and additional options. Available in license solution as add on.

QA Team Achievements

In past 6 months QA team has been extensively testing our solution to improve performance & stability, solve bugs, identify areas of enhancement and improve protocols for securing passwords and customer details. We are also adding new members to our QA team.

New Support Approach & Client Feedbacks

Personalized Support Approach: Our objective is to provide high quality support and we have been consistently improving on it. We now assign dedicated sales manager, support executive, and technical assistant to each client. This has reduced our response time.

Updated Training Videos: We released new online training videos on our website.

Client Feedbacks: We were highly appreciated by our clients during online feedbacks. More than 80% were ready to recommend OnPrintShop to others. For more details

Internal Trainings

We are conducting regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills of our team like how to listen better to customers and presentation skills.

We also held web conference with Morten Reitoft, our reseller from Denmark, to improve our understanding of global print industry.

Print 13 Event Experience

We recently concluded third consecutive successful participation at Print 13 where we had 250+ visitors at our booth.

• 40% of our visitors at Print 13 were serious inquiries.
• We confirmed orders for standard solution, designer studio integration, trade printer solution, and few custom web2print solutions.
• Online Photobook Solution was show stopper at Print 13
• Our workflow automation to optimize operations was highly welcomed by SME printers.

We recently celebrated our 14th foundation day and Ganesh Utsav at Radix. The foundation day celebrations focused on team spirit and bonding of Radixians and Ganesh Utsav celebrated the religious aspect of our culture.
