What type of business are our customers into, whether they are Print Shop, Commercial Printer, Reseller/Marketing, Trade Printer, or Franchisee chain. Let's take an insight into the success story of one of our clients MCSB from Malaysia. They approached us to increase their sales. We studied their methods and could withdraw that they were not able to increase their sale activities due to being busy in repetitive tasks such as answering clients' queries while ordering, manually taking orders via email/phone, and no maintenance of client data for analysis. With our consulting approach, we suggested they add order automation for online and offline customers and manage them in a centralized system.
