OnPrintShop Adds Products Tax Setting & Other New Features

The OnPrintShop team is continuously working on evolving and adding new features to the solution. As part of our commitment we have added below listed features in our standard solution:

Products Tax Setting: To define product specific tax.

Customer Details Report: To generate report of retail and corporate customers of the print store.

Customer Sorting Feature: Sort customers based on their registration date and login date.

Specific Time Zone Setting: Facility to set up time zone based on country of the print store.

Search Box: Enhancement of left menu search and Language Text Reference section.

Products Tax Setting

Our solution already had tax and VAT settings to levy state and country specific tax. And now we have added a new interface in Products module to allow admin to set specific tax rates for different products from single location.

For every single product of the web store the printer can apply:

Global Tax: The general tax rate defined in tax and VAT settings of Orders module.

No Tax: This will nullify all tax charges applicable to a product.

Specific Tax: Printer can set different and specific tax for a product. He can set tax rate in terms of percentage. This specific tax rate will override and nullify any general tax rates applied previously.

Customer Details Report

We have added a new report to our reports module.

Admin can now generate a detailed report on different customers who are using the print store. Admin can generate report for customers who have registered with the store during a specific time. The report can be further filtered for retail and corporate customers.

Customer Sorting

Customer sorting is a new enhancement that we have introduced in Customer module of standard solution.

Admin can sort the print store customers based on:

  • Date of registration
  • Date of login

If admin selects “Recent Registered” in Sort By box then customers will be displayed in ascending/descending order of registration date.

If admin selects “Recent Login” in Sort By box then customers will be displayed in ascending/descending order of date of login of customers.

Specific Time Zone Setting

We have specially developed this feature for our clients. We have our servers in US but our customers are from all parts of the world. So when a printer from Asia generates order invoices and other records the date and time corresponds to US time zone.

But now you can contact us to change time zone settings for your print store at server level. We will change the settings so that they correspond to your time zone and give you accurately dated information.

Search Feature

We have added a search feature in the top section of the module list.

The store admin can now make a quick search for a specific item and proceed. He can reduce his administrative efforts.

This feature will also help printers reduce the amount of time and efforts spent in training their team with the solution. They can easily find their required details in the admin panel.
