The OnPrintShop team has been continuously working on enhancing the solution’s existing features and making them more user-friendly for our customers. We have enhanced the below given features which we shall release in our subscription solution soon.
You can now duplicate additional options for specific products and avoid the manual process of creating additional options for each product separately.
Admin >> Products >> Products >> Action >> Additional Options >> Action >> Duplicate Option
Clicking on “Duplicate Option” will open up the below shown screen.
Here you can select the products for which you want to add the duplicated additional options of original product. Selection of multiple products is possible here.
Note: Price will not get duplicated here with additional options as product size and quantity may differ.
We have enhanced the clarity and flow of duplicate product section. The admin now has greater control as to which section he wants to duplicate. We have also added instructions for each section.

1. Checkbox that is ticked means data must be copied for duplication purpose.
2. In additional options/attributes price will be copied only if Price and Additional Options both checkboxes are ticked.
We have added a small option when creating additional option dependency rule which will allow your end user to select multiple options and perform the action. This option will apply only when the rule type is “additional option based”.
If you have ticked “Or” in Select Option then your end user will be able to perform only one action.
If you have ticked “And” in Select Option then your end user will be able to perform all the multiple actions.
Quick Example: Paper Type – 310gsm, Lamination – Matte, Corner – Round
Or Condition: In this case if customer selects 310gsm or matte lamination then round corner will not be displayed in corner dropdown menu.
And Condition: In this case if customer selects 310gsm and matte lamination both together only then round corner will not be displayed in corner dropdown menu.
Now you can archive your completed orders using this filter. This way you can remove them from your main order list and view only those orders that are yet to be processed or are in process.
Admin>>Orders>>View Orders>>Action>>Archive Orders
We have also added a new link on left side to let you easily access your archived orders.
You can restore or delete individual or multiple orders from Archive order section.
This enhancement will let you duplicate templates of the products you have already created. You can duplicate product templates, PDF Block Templates, and master templates from one product to another.
Admin>> Templates >>Duplicate Templates
For example let’s say you have created one product called one-sided business card and created 100 templates (single sided) for this product. After 2 months you create another product called two-sided business card and want to use the one-sided templates. You can do this by duplicating one-sided templates to two-sided product.
You can also easily remove templates that have been duplicated.
We have enhanced group access system so that the super admin can assign full or limited access to related activities as well.
For example if a user has access to orders you can give him access to view orders, discounts, and offline orders but restrict access to tax/VAT settings, order status, etc.
Now your end users can upload mask image for any size and orientation. Previously this was not possible.
Admin>>Products>>Products>>Action>>Edit Mask Image
Clicking on Edit Mask Image will display below shown screen.
Note: Our solution now supports GIF and PNG file formats. You can also create mask image as semi-transparent.
We have modified master template section for separate Fotolia and print-ready templates. We have added three links here:
View Fotolia Templates: To view all Fotolia templates
Inactive Fotolia Templates: To inactivate all Fotolia templates with single click
Active Fotolia Templates: To activate all Fotolia templates with single click
We have added dynamic variables in invoice and label templates so that you can create your custom format depending on your requirements.
We have added category landing page from left product navigation. This will be displayed only when you have selected vertical and straight category menu style from admin setting.
We have released new master templates for different products. You can view new templates by filling out the demo form.
