Shapco Printing is a PI 400 listed commercial printer based out of the USA. It has been active for over 4 decades with a specialization in providing premium-quality print and mailing services with a major focus on corporate clients and franchise chains. It has been nationally recognized with over 1000 awards for its quality services.
Business Challenges
Shapco was looking to simplify its entire print ordering process to facilitate multiple order approvals, rule-based product personalization, and a high-end secure system with its current ERP and database integrations.
They were finding it difficult to manage multiple backend systems and were looking for a single comprehensive web-to-print software system that allowed custom developments as per the needs of its clients.
Their biggest challenge was to create an online point of sale with a unique ordering workflow and template personalization processes.
