At OnPrintShop, we are continuously evolving our solution capabilities to help you deliver the best services to your customers and grow your online business. We are releasing OnPrintShop v4.2 which includes new features and enhancements to meet the changing requirements of our clients.

List of Upgrades

1. Simplified Quote Management – Now your customers can easily request quote without registering. From the admin you can filter quotes status, have more flexibility to manage quote form fields, etc. 2. Split Orders Product-Wise to Multiple Venders – Flexibility to assign print jobs product-wise as well as order-wise. Also, manage the order product (item) wise status. The print venders can view only those orders that are assigned to them. 3. Upload Large Files with Amazon S3 – Gain a competitive edge by giving your customers the freedom to upload large files and safely store it in Amazon S3 Cloud. You can choose to give your customers the option for only Standard Upload, only Cloud Upload or both in upload center flow. 4. Multiple & Flexible Shipping Methods – Now that you have flexibility of offering store pickup, free shipping and to enable multiple shipping methods (FedEx, UPS or USPS) – you can choose shipping strategy that’s fast, costs less and gives your customers maximum convenience. 5. Show case Related products & ‘Discount-Price’ Display – Excellent option to increase revenue, using show case related products proactively promote related products. Show your customers the benefit in base product price of your discounts with an attention-grabbing visual representation. Your customer will be see the original product base price as strike-out and next to it will display the discounted product base price. 6. Manage your store disk Space – Optimize your store data, option to delete only specific data such as only print ready files, portfolio, and images and so on. 7. Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes – Mail Chimp integrated for professional email marketing, allow customers to download a print-ready file of their artwork, page-wise sidebar management, additional option categorization, and much more.

1. Simplified Quote Management:

New tab on the top panel in the storefront – ‘Request a Quote’ allows customers to easily request a quote for their custom print requirements without registration. Customer can fill in the details and even choose upload their artwork.

  • Quick action options for comment and approval.

  • Product wise quotation option including date picker, file upload and multiple selections.

In the Admin panel, the quote will reflect in the enhanced ‘Quote Management’ module. On receiving the quote, admin can take one of three actions:

  • Post message to customer
  • Give quotation
  • Cancel the quote

When Admin changes the quote status, it gets reflected in the Customer’s My Account.

2. Split Orders Product-Wise to Multiple Venders:

Store Admin can now assign multiple products in same invoice to different vendors, and also update status product wise. Admin can also see the print vender’s order history with product detail. Moreover, the order status will automatically change if all products’ order status is same.

3. Upload Large Files with Amazon S3:

We have now integrated Amazon S3 cloud storage service which allows your customers to upload large artworks file from upload center. The file will be directly uploaded to cloud storage, bypassing server in terms of storage and bandwidth. On the Storefront, it will reflect as follows:

  • If “Allow Cloud File Upload” is set to “Only Standard Upload” or “Only Cloud Upload”, customers can directly upload files by clicking Select Files button.
  • If “Allow Cloud File Upload” is set to “Both”, a button will appear to switch between Standard/Cloud upload buttons.

If the uploaded file is image, thumbnail will be generated for the uploaded files or else random file name will be displayed against the upload button.

4. Multiple & Flexible Shipping Methods:

PSP can offer multiple shipping methods, and allow end customers to choose their preferred shipping gateway – FedEx, UPS and USPS. Also, also offer store pickup & free shipping. Simply activate the shipping method for the products and the system will automatically display the relevant information on the storefront. For instance, when you enable Free Shipping or Local Pickup, the system will automatically show shipping amount as zero to the customer.

5. Show case related products & ‘Discount-Price’ Display:

a. Related Products:

‘Related Products’ showcases print products similar to the customer’s current product of interest to encourage them for additional purchases.

  • Related Products will be displayed on product info page and checkout page.
  • Settings to manage selection of related products.

b. ‘Discount-Price’ Display :

Grab the attention of your customers with an attractive display of original price and discounted price. For products selected for discounts, the original price will have a strike-out and against it the discounted price will display.

  • Discount will be applied only on Product base price.
  • Bulk import option will not apply for product discount.
  • Discount is applied only for “All Retailers” user type.

Priority of discounts will be considered as follows:

  • First priority of discount applied on product will be – discount for “specified product”
  • Second priority of discount applied on product will be of – discount for “All products”
  • If more than one discount is created for same then latest discount will be applied

6. Manage your store disk Space:

You can now easily delete data beyond your preferred time-lag. All data prior to that will be deleted. You can selectively delete files such as images, print ready files, and log of action performed. The system will generate two-step alert confirmation before permanently deleting the data.

  • Display Storage Statistics,
  • Display Disk space consumption of main folders,
  • Difference of consumed and free disk space, once delete action is performed.

Note: Deleted data cannot be recovered back. Only physical print ready file will be deleted for orders, database records will be as it is. So reorder is not feasible after this action.

7. Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes:

• Integrated MailChimp API for Professional Email Marketing – Now you can easily design, send and track results of your email campaigns with the MailChimp integrated in v4.2

  • Interface to subscribe and unsubscribe customers from MailChimp lists.
  • Interface to update information of MailChimp subscribed customers.
  • Details of campaigns and its report.
  • Auto subscription to MailChimp default list from front store (registration, subscribe pages) with the option of user approval.

• Print Ready File Download for Customers – Option to allow your customers to download the print ready file of their artwork.

• Page-Wise Sidebar Content Management/span> – You now have page-level control to keep only relevant information, widget and navigation on the sidebar. • Additional Option Categorization – Now you can better organize your ‘additional options’ for products by categorizing all the similar options into groups. • Centralize Shipping/Billing Address – You have the flexibility to sequence the Address Fields as per your requirements. It is managed centrally and the change will reflect in both, admin and storefront.

  • Fixed CMS page available to set the sequence of address fields.

• Bug Fixes – We have tracked and fixed several major, minor and trivial bugs across the admin panel, storefront and online Designer Studio.
