OnPrintShop Version 4.5 - Now Even Simpler, Robust and More Revenue Driving

In our endeavor to evolve OnPrintShop solution to help print service providers engage customers, improve efficiency and drive more business, we are pleased to announce the launch of the latest version - OnPrintShop V4.5.

OnPrintShop Version 4.5 comes with several new features and enhancements - Corporate store upgrades now allow managing inventory and ship to different addresses. Wide format printing solution have more flexibility to offer unique price combination for their products.

Retail storefront improvisations includes, enhanced features which will help you effectively display client feedback, add Product Badge for newly launched products or products on sale, and more.

We have introduced enhancements in the admin panel as well. To ensure that your email notifications are sent to your customers, you can run report for email delivery status and can resend emails that are not delivered. Several other enhancements are introduced to make the solution more efficient and easy to use.

List of Upgrades in OnPrintShop V4.5

Corporate Store Upgrades

  1. Inventory Management for Corporate Customers: On behalf of corporate clients now you can manage personalized printed material inventory at your end and deliver on demand from customers to different addresses.

  2. Corporate Landing page: Now end customers will have one-page overview of all products – personalization & ready to buy, templates, portfolio & inventory

  3. Corporate and department wise shipping and billing address management, payment & shipping method and predefined products.

Personalization Tool Upgrades (Major enhancement)

  1. Template Specific Properties: Now you can offer template specific variables, allow/disallow orientation, display/hide template tab and more.

  2. Mass Personalization Enhancement: Now you can preview on screen uploaded CSV file content in table format. When mass personalization is done using PDFBlock, end customers will be able to preview sample print ready file for approval.

  3. Order Process without Personalization: You now have the option to offer Non-Customizable templates. If client choses any one of them will directly go to check out page.

Wide Format

  1. Enhancement for Custom Size Products: Admin can setup predefined size even for Custom Size Products from Product Settings. They will have option to restrict width or height or both, for such products.

Storefront

  1. Client Order Feedback System: Retail customers can now enter feedback for their order products once the admin marks the order as completed, from their ‘My Account’ section.

  2. Product Discount Enhancement: Admin can now offer product discounts for retail customers based on additional options & quantity.

  3. Highlight Products & Product Category: Option to specific product badge like “New”, “Sale” etc… on product listing (top of image), product left menu and header menu.

Store Admin

  1. Email Log Module: 15 day log history will be maintained for all mails sent with delivery status by the system, if required admin can resend mails not delivered.

  2. Capturing Vendor Pricing: Now for outsourcing to vendor, you can also capture vendor pricing and upload in the system using Excel file.

  3. Other Enhancements: Clear audio Log, Quotation email enhancement, option to enter product size & price with decimals, enhancement modify order section.
