Ricoh Mexicana is now Radix’s reseller partner to offer OnPrintShop web to print storefront solutions to Mexican print service providers. This is OnPrintShop’s second tie up with the Ricoh group company after successful ongoing partnership with Ricoh Canada for over 1.5 years.
Ricoh Latin America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Corporation responsible for sales and marketing of office imaging equipment, production print solutions, document management systems, and IT services throughout Central and South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
OnPrintShop is a flagship product of Radixweb, a leading IT company providing bespoke business solutions over 12+ years. OnPrintShop has been developed over a period of 7+ years of working closely with 400+ global customers providing Standard license and SaaS web to print solution, Online Photo Front Store Solution (Photobook), Trade Printer Solution, Print Broker Solution & highly custom solutions. OnPrintShop has been recognized for its highly user friendly and consistently evolving solution and personalized services.
The partnership is a win-win relationship for Ricoh Mexicana and OnPrintShop. Ricoh plans to offer one stop solution to its clients looking for machines and w2p solutions, whereas it will help OnPrintShop to have strong presence in Mexican market. Ricoh Mexico will be responsible for local support and training and OnPrintShop will be responsible for technical support and product enhancements.
