OnPrintShop version 13.1 focuses on one goal: removing the repetitive, manual steps that quietly slow print operations down. This release targets the work that happens before an order goes live, from building design templates and processing rush jobs to managing product variants, updating storefront pages, and turning quotes into orders.
Rather than adding features for their own sake, v13.1 helps print businesses process more orders, prepare more designs in-house, and keep storefronts current without leaning on outside technical help. The AI capabilities are here because they cut work, not because AI makes a good headline.
AI-assisted Templates in Designer Studio: Describe a design in a prompt and generate a ready-to-edit template, turning a blank canvas into a working starting point in seconds instead of hours of manual setup.
Block PDF Generator: Convert the text and image elements inside a PDF into individual, editable design blocks, with no Adobe Acrobat or third-party plugins, so old artwork becomes reusable instead of dead files.
Dynamic Mask Generation: Create product masks directly in OnPrintShop by selecting a shape and configuring the details, with no separate design tool required.
Rush Order Handling: A rush order indicator flags priority jobs during processing, and last-minute changes can be designed straight from the Order Modify page and saved to the order automatically.
Standard and Die-Cut in One Product: Manage standard and die-cut configurations under a single product instead of maintaining separate setups for each variant.
Passwordless Login and Enhanced CMS: Customers can sign up and log in by phone using OTP, while admins build responsive storefront pages with drag-and-drop layouts and live previews, no HTML or CSS needed.
Smarter Quotes and Selling Tools: Save incomplete quotes as drafts, accept custom order quantities, edit uploaded images in-platform, and push eligible 4over products to Google and Facebook Shopping Feeds.
