OnPrintShop v13.0 delivers a core technology upgrade, expanding AI-driven capabilities and improving workflows and user experience across the storefront, Designer Studio, and admin operations. The release also introduces new integrations (including OneDrive) and targeted enhancements to approvals, ordering, security, and configuration to help teams operate more efficiently.

What’s New:

Preflight insights during upload help users review key file details early, reduce pre-press errors, and keep production timelines on track.

AI-powered Image Enhancement tools enable faster edits such as object replacement, recoloring, and background/element removal, improving speed and design productivity. AI Usage credits can now be managed to help businesses control costs.

Enhancements for an edge:

1. Faster Quote & Order Approvals via Secure Email Links

Customers and approvers can review and act on quotes and orders directly from secure, token-based email links, reducing friction and speeding decisions without requiring a login.

2. Manage Main & Associated Products Together in Offline Orders

Offline orders now support adding associated products with the main product in the same order, improving visibility and reducing steps for admins.

3. Other Notable Improvements (Highlights)

  • Storefront: Location-based store suggestions, tax-aligned price listing on product info page, scheduled blogs with author visibility, and refined discount/tax calculation when price is inclusive of tax.
  • Designer Studio: Enhanced QR codes in PDF block, faster group editing, better PDF layout control (accordion), centralized finishing events, quick-design canvas zoom, and more accurate 2D/3D previews.
  • B2B/Private Stores: Improved login security, store-specific promos and page layouts, scalable email branding, and editable recipient details for corporate addresses at checkout.
  • Orders: Structured order notes with access permission, branch-level customer visibility, and listings that surface tracking numbers and user groups for both admin and workflow admin users.
  • Admin Utilities: Standard Cookie/privacy controls, CAPTCHA protection, improved FAQ filters, OAuth 2.0 for SMTP, and email template testing.
  • Products & Quotes: Smarter custom-size pricing (multiple imposition schemas), improved stock visibility, and production days displayed during quote review.
  • Third Party Integration: OneDrive cloud storage option; improved 4over pricing tiers and shipping behavior for mixed carts.
